2. Purpose of Service

DearSorry provides a creative suite for drafting, personalizing, and delivering digital apology cards. The platform offers AI-assisted drafting, tone adjustments, audio/photo attachments, and multi-language support to foster meaningful communication.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use DearSorry responsibly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:

• Sending abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Using the service for spamming, stalking, or unwanted solicitations.
• Impersonating another individual or misleading recipients regarding sender identity.
• Attempting to compromise platform security, reverse engineer services, or bypass access controls.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal text, images, and audio notes you create. By generating an apology card on DearSorry, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to store, process, display, and deliver your content to designated recipients.

5. Limitation of Liability

DearSorry is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific social or interpersonal outcomes resulting from the delivery of any apology card. In no event shall DearSorry be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes & Support
